If a package arrives damaged or with spilled contents, customers are encouraged to take photos of both the box and the affected product. These images will be necessary for any refund or replacement request.
Refund or Replacement Options
We offer a 100% refund or a replacement for damaged items, based on the customer’s preference. This policy underscores our commitment to resolving delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Refund Process for Card Payments
For refunds on card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), an 8% processing fee will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original bank account.
Claim Time Limit
Customers must report any issues on the same day as delivery. This helps us quickly address concerns and ensures accountability within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Exclusions
